當路邊遺棄的魚缸越來越多的時候，也就是對水族業者發出警訊的時候。

當森林的樹木越來越少的時候，最好的良方就是種樹、而不是繼續砍樹。水族業者這個時候應該思考如何改善經營方式。把還沒有消失的顧客留住、並且開發新的顧客，不然路只有越走越窄。

 

懶人缸認為水族業者有教育消費者的義務和責任(服務不是只有賣產品而已)、要讓客人把魚養的健康、把草種的漂亮，客人才不會繼續流失。削價競爭只會兩敗俱傷，顧客得不到應該有的服務。
