冬天接近尾聲、再過幾天就要立春了，今年的寒流雖然也蠻冷的，但是都沒冷很久、所以大部份室內的水草都沒凍傷，室外培養的水草也是部份凍傷。春天的腳步接近了，大自然的萬物又都會蓬勃生長，水草的世界也是一樣，水草生長的形態及色澤也會有所變化，尤其是陽性水草、冬季的冷讓它們生長緩慢許多(色澤也變了)，春暖花開的時節、水草缸重新出發。春節期間鹿角苔脫落漂浮起來，重新開工的第一件事、就是綁鹿角苔，春節期間有七天沒有照顧水草，狀況也都良好，這也是生態水草缸的好處。
